SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies into the community.

SASSA will be rendering services including new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency claimed it can be alarmed concerning the higher number of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The intention in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some high range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no completely functional office devoted to service the area on a regular basis. The assistance stage made for website intervention experiences a significant influx of likely beneficiaries, that makes it tough for that Workplace to attend to status sassa all people who go to status sassa a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more means to enable the servicing of all buyers and maximize access to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
